How are the wood veneer panels installed?
Our panels can be easily installed using high-quality construction adhesive or screws. For the best acoustic performance, we recommend mounting them on wooden batons with mineral wool insulation in between.
Do you offer samples before I make a full purchase?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering a sample pack. This allows you to see the true color, texture, and quality of the wood in your own space before committing to a full project.
What is the typical delivery timeframe?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for in-stock items. Custom orders or larger palletized shipments may take 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Absolutely. We are committed to environmental responsibility, and all our wood products are sourced from FSC-certified forests to ensure sustainable forestry practices.
Can the acoustic panels be used in bathrooms or kitchens?
While our panels are durable, they are made from natural wood and should not be placed in direct contact with water or in areas with extreme humidity. They are perfect for well-ventilated kitchens away from splash zones.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
