Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap and shipping box to prevent damage to the delicate wood surfaces during transit.

  Ship Back to Us

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send your package back to our main distribution center for inspection.

  Quality Inspection & Refund
